1. Website use
These terms apply to use of the Blanquerelle website. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully, avoid interfering with its operation and avoid attempting to access systems or information without authorisation.
2. Informational nature of the template
This static website is a demonstration template. Prices, room descriptions, event dates, facilities and availability are illustrative unless a production operator expressly confirms them through a valid booking channel.
3. Accommodation and dining enquiries
Submitting the current contact form does not create a booking because the static template does not transmit form data. A real reservation should only be treated as confirmed after the production operator provides an explicit confirmation and any required payment or guarantee terms.
4. Casino-area access
Any casino gambling area in New Zealand is subject to applicable law and venue requirements. Persons under 20 must not participate in casino gambling or enter a casino gambling area. References on this template do not state or imply that a particular casino licence, permit or regulatory status has been granted.
5. Pricing and changes
Illustrative prices are shown in New Zealand dollars unless stated otherwise. A production operator may change rates, packages, events, inclusions and availability. Any binding price or cancellation rule should be presented during the actual reservation process.
6. Intellectual property
Website copy, layout and branding may be protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the site for personal use but should not reproduce substantial parts for commercial purposes without permission from the rights holder.
7. Third-party services
A production site may link to independent services such as booking, payment or mapping providers. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. This static version has been configured to avoid third-party embedded maps, analytics and advertising services.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, website information is provided without a guarantee that every item will always be complete, current or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable New Zealand consumer law.
